2. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders Monday through Thursday to prevent weekend delays. Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

3. Returns and Refunds

All products may be returned within 30 days for refund or exchange if unused and in original condition. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Product Guarantees

We provide 30 days of email support for any setup questions or concerns related to our kits and housing products. Support covers assembly, setup, and product functionality.

All products sold by The Formicarium are ant farming equipment and housing only. We do not sell live ants or any live animals. Customers sourcing ants from other providers are responsible for compliance with local regulations. Some regions have restrictions on certain ant species. It is the customer's responsibility to verify local laws before purchasing ants from any provider.
